All-inclusive cruises normally mean that your lodging, food and entertainment options are all included in the price of the cruise.

Are there any disadvantages with all inclusive cruise?. Well yes, there are. The obvious drawback is the fact that you may not have much choice in your meal options and anything extra, including snacks as well as any special dietary needs.These will normally have to be paid for separately. Alcohol is another consideration. Be sure you understand if your all inclusive cruise includes unlimited, limited or no alcoholic beverages. If you are planning to eat and drink to excess on your cruise this is an important consideration.

Then there are your entertainment options to consider. They may be limited on all inclusive cruises. There should be some sort of entertainment provided but it may not include the main attraction or the casino.

In the end though, it is always your decision. Get everything taken care of for you but without too much flexibility or organise most of the itinerary yourself so you'll be getting exactly want you want. The great thing is the choice you have before booking an all inclusive cruise. The former is an option usually taken up by first time cruisers while experienced cruisers have a fair idea of what's involved and are normally capable of setting their own schedule without it becoming too much of an imposition for them.
